Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots, and pans while maintaining the cleanliness of BOH and FOH areas. Duties include mopping floors, managing chemical levels, and assisting with food preparation as needed.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and availability to work weekends. Previous experience in a high-volume service industry environment is considered a plus.
