The Brewery Representative focuses on developing new accounts and maintaining existing ones through consultative sales tactics and product visibility improvements. They are responsible for partnering with distributors, conducting staff education, and managing product displays in retail environments.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in outside sales or the food and beverage industry and possess a valid driver's license. The role requires the physical ability to lift cases of beer and the flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays.
