Manage production schedules by ensuring the accuracy of system data, including BOMs, routings, and shop orders. Coordinate between the shop floor, purchasing, and project management to expedite materials and resolve production issues.
Requires MRP/ERP experience and strong Excel skills, with a preference for 2-4 years of planning or production control experience in a plant environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the candidate must be able to work from both the office and plant locations.
This role is ideal for an individual expert on system use and the communication involved in sharing, entering, and verifying data for the purpose of managing production schedules. Ensure accuracy of system information related to part numbers, item data fields, bills of material, routings, and shop orders. Attend project kick-off meetings, project plant production meetings, and interface with cross-functional areas throughout the organization. Will be involved in the plant production schedule to support client's business needs. Will spend time on the shop floor with plant associates, troubleshooting details that impact production, updating the status of orders, and expediting materials. Active participant in the plant production schedules to support client business needs.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $54,160-81,240 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects this position's competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as associates grow and develop within the role. Bonuses are paid based on RTC’s financial results. Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date. Program rules are subject to change at management’s discretion.
