The Supply Chain Manager oversees order management, purchasing, production scheduling, inventory control, and warehouse operations to ensure optimal site performance. They are responsible for leading the supply team, managing carrier performance, and driving strategic initiatives to meet customer service and cost goals.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and at least 10 years of experience in materials management or supply chain, with 5 years in a management role. Strong proficiency in SAP and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office are required.

Manages the Supply Chain functions within the business including order management, purchasing, scheduling, inventory control, warehouse and shipping/receiving. This individual will maintain an ongoing focus on stability, service, inventory, and supply chain efficiencies when developing, implementing, and overseeing the execution of material and finished good planning/scheduling and strategies to enable the site to achieve its specific goals and objectives.
This individual will be responsible to ensure the Supply team is performing at optimal levels to ensure that all customer, internal and external, expectations are being satisfied.
Through leadership skills, this individual will provide analytical support and guidance with issue resolution and decision-making, as well as oversee the development and tracking of the appropriate processes and KPI measures to ensure success.
