Responsible for setting up and maintaining converting machines to minimize operator downtime and maximize department throughput. Performs machine startups, quality checks, and basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth production.
Requires at least 3 years of manufacturing experience and 1 year of setup technician experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Job Title: Converting Setup Technician – Tier One
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 3pm.
Location: Sussex, WI
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for keeping all converting machines up and running, minimizing converting operator down time. If all machines are running quality product, you’re expected to run production to maximize department throughput.
