Candidates should have a high school diploma or technical degree and preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing or inspection. Ability to use precision measuring tools and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment is required.

Job Title: QC Technician
Location: Bethel, PA
Shift: 7PM-7AM (on a 2-2-3 Schedule)
Under the direction of the Quality & Safety Manager oversees packaging operations along with hourly and temporary employees to ensure the production of the highest quality products at the lowest possible cost, while meeting company standards for quality and performance. Adheres to customer specifications and delivery requirements, while working in accordance with Pregis policies and procedures.
Overview: The QA Inspector ensures constant quality monitoring during production. Responsible for maintaining continuous product quality during production and guiding workflow by monitoring packaging work force’s quality inspections and packaging process. Performs quality inspections at regularly prescribed intervals and documents accordingly across multiple production lines. Helps employees in the department perform their duties correctly. Helps team operate at or above designated run speeds.
