Summary of Job
Reporting to the Field Services Manager/Supervisor, the Senior Field Service Technician’s primary function is the installation, repair, maintenance and management of both Sharp and Pregis Packaging Systems/Equipment, with a predominate focus on Pregis’ automation equipment. In addition to assisting with the equipment needs of their customers, it is the responsibility of Pregis Senior Field Service Technicians to effectively communicate with both external customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, and Service) about technical and non-technical information.
This job is fully remote and based out of your assigned territory or regional area. Daily local and remote travel Monday to Friday to customer sites. Overtime as required.

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Pregis’ total compensation package. The base pay range for this role - which does not include overtime, bonus, or company vehicle - is estimated to be $80,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and skills.
