The Nurse Manager assists in directing, planning, and supervising nursing operations to ensure efficient and high-quality behavioral health services. The hospital will provide comprehensive inpatient and intensive outpatient services to address the growing need for accessible, high-quality behavioral health care in the Denver metro area with an opening date of December 2024.

PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Assist the CNO with directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the effective and efficient use of the operations of nursing for assigned units. Oversees the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
