Supervise production line personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations while maximizing productivity and customer satisfaction. Manage departmental reporting, process improvements, and employee coaching to maintain a safe and efficient food production environment.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of manufacturing and leadership experience, with a preference for food or poultry industry backgrounds. Candidates must have working knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) and the ability to work non-standard shifts in a physical plant environment.
