The Senior Process Improvement Engineer identifies, analyzes, and optimizes operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. They lead cross-functional teams to implement improvements and mentor other engineers to ensure sustainable outcomes.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for Industrial Engineering. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in process improvement engineering, mapping, and workflow redesign.

Lean Six Sigma, Rapid Improvement, Reengineering, Process Redesign, CQI, Business Development, Benchmarking, Productivity Improvements, Technology Breakthroughs, Prosci preferred.
5 years of experience required in process improvement engineering and mapping. Experience with workflow redesign, labor management and productivity, change management, Vizient benchmarking, project management, and data analysis preferred.
