Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in Employee Benefits, HR, or consulting with strong client service and compliance knowledge. Preferred qualifications include experience with platforms like Workday or ADP and professional certifications such as CEBS, PHR, or SHRM.

Compensation:
Salary range: $200,000 – $250,000 per year
Eligible for performance-based bonus
