As an Assistant Store Manager of Operations, you will lead operational execution in a fast-paced retail environment focused on efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless athlete experience. You will coach and develop teammates, optimize processes, and ensure the store runs at a high level across both front and back-of-house operations. High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-3 years experience
1-3 of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience)

Targeted Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $84,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits.
