Mengarahkan, memotivasi, dan membina tim sales retail di area Jabodetabek.
Menetapkan target penjualan individu dan tim berdasarkan KPI perusahaan.
Strategi Penjualan & Eksekusi Lapangan
Membuat rencana kerja mingguan & bulanan untuk pencapaian target penjualan produk: BukuPay, QRIS Soundbox.
Mengawasi aktivitas kunjungan toko warung & retail, termasuk demo produk, serta penjualan bukupay soundbox.
Monitoring & Evaluasi Kinerja Tim
Memantau performa sales melalui laporan daily call, aktivitas kunjungan, closing rate, dan pencapaian target.
Melakukan coaching, feedback dan training untuk meningkatkan skill tim.
Hubungan Mitra & Retail Outlet
Membangun relasi yang kuat dengan owner outlet, toko, mini market, dan warung di area Jabodetabek.
Membantu tim mengatasi keluhan pelanggan terkait produk dan layanan.
Analisa & Laporan Penjualan
Mengevaluasi data penjualan, tren penjualan, stok, serta efektivitas promosi.
Menyusun laporan mingguan & bulanan kepada Sales Manager.
Implementasi Program Promosi & Aktivasi Produk
Menjalankan peluncuran program promosi, display product placement, dan aktivasi produk di titik penjualan (POS).
