Responsibility :

• Prepare, review, check and/or process any legal matters in relation to financing, capital market, and M&A transaction to ensure any document reviewed or drafted is in accordance with the prevailing laws & regulations & in line with the Company’s and it’s subsidiaries objective.
• Review and process any contract and required document in relation with any financing provided by a bank, public or other financial institution in order to support the Company’s and it’s subsidiearies projects and objectives.
• Gather and process the legal matters or documents of the Company’s capital market project in order to support the Company’s and it’s subsidiearies projects and objectives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in Law.
• Have 3-5 years working experience in Banking Industry & or M&A transaction.
• Able to draft & review contract or legal document.
• Able to provide legal opinion/advice in accordance with the prevailing regulations.
• Demonstrative knowledge & experience with, law dealing with government and/or commercial contract, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration.
• Proficient in Ms. Office.
• Fluent in English both spoken & written.

This position will be placed at Head Office Jakarta
