Lead the front-end design and development of RC products from concept to production for major brands. Optimize manufacturing efficiency and cost-effective design solutions while coaching the local engineering team.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in high-complexity RC product design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Pro-E, along with strong project management and English communication skills, is essential.

The position leads product development from concept to production, working with both internal teams and external partners to create innovative engineering solutions and keep projects on track to support business growth.
