Requires at least 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in an upscale or luxury full-service hotel. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
About the role
Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to help lead daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces. Working closely with the Director of Housekeeping, this hands-on leader will oversee team performance, room inspections, productivity, inventory, and communication with hotel departments to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest-ready accommodations.
The ideal candidate brings previous housekeeping leadership experience in a full-service hotel or resort and is comfortable balancing quality assurance, team development, operational efficiency, and guest service in a fast-paced environment.
This is an onsite position located at Hotel Bardo Savannah. Candidates without hotel or resort housekeeping supervisory experience will not be considered for this role.
