The Materials Project Manager is responsible for coordinating continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste within the global distribution network. They will act as the primary onsite contact for 3PL providers while managing project tasks, resources, and data analysis to support distribution requirements.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess at least 5 years of experience in project management or materials. Proficiency in statistical tools, enterprise planning software, and strong analytical skills are required, with Lean or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
Unique Skills:
The Atlanta Project Manager of Global Distribution will be entrusted to continue succes in maintaining and building our strategic relationship with our domestic 3PL provider(s). You will interface as the organizations primary onsite contact bridging between our corporate office and aligning our distribution network with priorities. This position will need to enable smooth collaboration across multiple organizations by establishing trust to achieve the best outcome. Additionally, all traditional project manager skills are required and needed to operate effectively in leading key processes and scaling as required. The position will be onsite in our Atlanta, 3PL facility (185 Southside Industrial Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30354).
