The Customer Technical Manager acts as the primary representative for Gulfstream, managing complex support events and resolving customer issues related to aircraft maintenance and operations. They coordinate resources across various departments to ensure maximum utilization and prevent future aircraft downtime.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Management, Aviation Maintenance, or Engineering Tech, along with 10 years of related experience. A minimum of 3 years of specific experience with Gulfstream aircraft models and supervisory or management experience is required.
