You will support a leadership team primarily based in San Jose, California and with groups operating in our three largest markets: US, UK and Germany.
This organization is commercial in nature with leaders and teams focused on working with our seller community to drive business growth.
Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with senior business leaders to translate their strategy and goals into implications for talent and organizational capabilities, and facilitate the changes needed to enable them to deliver the desired outcomes.
People Program Activation: Support the delivery of our People team programs, systems and procedures. Partner with COE account teams to influence program design and deliver enterprise programs, employee engagement support planning, and organizational restructuring and change management support.
Insights that Lead to Action: Use data, discern patterns and connections in information, identify themes, and effectively influence executive leaders to develop clear and focused plans of action for improvement.
Relationship Management: Quickly build trusting relationships that allow you to provide practical, as well as forward-thinking, solutions and services. Apply emotional intelligence and situational awareness to adapt your approach, build credibility and confidence with senior executives.
Proactive Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking skills, sound judgment with minimal direction, and take appropriate action on highly complex organizational issues.
Change and Transition Management: Advise and facilitate through the full lifecycle of change: planning, implementation, and reinforcement, ensuring there is minimal disruption to the business and the desired impact of changes are achieved. Offer a systemic approach to managing change for both individuals and organizations.
Leadership Development and Coaching: Build high-performing teams, partnering with executive leaders to support team development at all stages, including new organization set up and teams leading significant business initiatives.
Team Effectiveness and Performance: Partner with senior leadership teams by developing and facilitating customized interventions that enhance team performance and effectiveness. Provide analysis, consultation, gap assessment, team facilitation and solutions. Develop, design and collaborate on organizational effectiveness services and tools.
Project Management: Lead complex and multi-faceted human capital initiatives across organizations and global sites through the full lifecycle of projects.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development within a complex global organization.
Experience partnering with Vice President-level leaders and supporting global leadership teams.
Experience with talent management, leadership development and coaching, team facilitation, organizational design, employee engagement, organizational sensing and diagnosis, and learning and development.
Strong critical thinking, strategic problem-solving and project management capabilities.
Seeks new opportunities and challenges with an action orientation, high energy and dedication.
Significant expertise in organizational change and culture building, with experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Moves with agility through people, process and policy-related dynamics.
Ability to maintain productive interpersonal relationships and help others do the same. Strong executive partnership skills with the ability to quickly build trusted relationships, establish credibility, bring a proactive point of view, and influence senior business leaders.
Skilled at using effective listening, probing and investigatory skills to navigate sophisticated, highly sensitive conversations and organizational challenges.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
Strong analytical approach and proactive problem solver, adept at analyzing information, extracting and communicating insights, diagnosing organizational challenges, and recommending strategic solutions to People partners and business leaders.
