Job Summary: Leads a team responsible for building, managing, and monitoring enterprise data integrations across applications, data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms. Oversees development of scalable integration pipelines and governance frameworks that ensure secure and reliable data movement. Manages team performance, operational planning, and alignment with enterprise data and technology strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Manages Integration Engineering team members, including performance management, coaching, and professional development. Oversees development and maintenance of enterprise integration pipelines supporting internal system connectivity and data transformation. Establishes operational standards for data mapping, transformation, observability, and performance optimization. Ensures adherence to enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards across all integration solutions. Aligns integration initiatives with business intelligence, analytics, and data platform priorities. Monitors delivery performance, technical risk, and resource capacity across integration portfolios. Drives continuous improvement of integration frameworks, DevOps practices, and cloud deployment standards.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience: 7+ years of experience in data engineering, systems integration, or related field required. 3+ years of experience managing teams required.
Certifications and Licenses: Cloud architecture or advanced data engineering certification preferred.
Anticipated starting pay range:
$117,000.00- $200,200.00
