The Foreman Carpenter is responsible for leading carpentry crews and executing retail construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning work activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship on-site.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of commercial carpentry experience, including 3 years in a leadership or foreman role. Proficiency in reading blueprints and coordinating multiple trades in active construction environments is required.
