The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of HVAC and plumbing projects from estimation and proposal to execution and billing. They provide internal leadership across departments and coordinate field labor to ensure projects meet customer requirements and financial goals.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and possess at least 5 years of experience in estimating, design, or management of HVAC projects. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a demonstrated track record of business development are required.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is expected to develop and maintain a client base, manage HVAC/plumbing/process sales, and coordinate the field labor needs for each project in conjunction with field leadership. The Project Manager will use judgement and discretion in representing the company. They are expected to show a high level of commitment and involvement with their work and the company’s business.

Travel required 5-30% of the time to other office locations and job sites.
Hours:
This is an exempt position. Workdays are scheduled from Monday through Friday. Typically, work hours begin and end between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm as scheduled with the position's supervisor. Work outside of regular hours may occasionally be necessary to meet business needs.

Competitive Wage:
$110,000.00 to $147,000.00 annually. Applicants, please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
