The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance, strategic planning, and leadership of an Inspection Center with up to 500 associates. Key duties include overseeing production targets, managing people, and driving continuous improvement within a lean manufacturing environment.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Proficiency in lean principles, team development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment are required.

Compensation Range: $160k-$200k
The Inspection Center General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the center. Providing leadership for up to 500 associates working multiple shifts in a lean manufacturing environment. Maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement while ensuring the facility meets quality, production, and cost objectives.
Leadership 30%
