The analyst will manage and monitor promotional budget allocations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across sales and finance departments. They are responsible for reporting budget variances, maintaining data integrity in systems, and supporting the overall financial planning and forecasting processes.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Strong experience in controlling, FP&A, or commercial finance, along with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems, is required.
You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

Principais Responsabilidades
Realizar o controle e acompanhamento do budget de verbas promocionais por cliente, assegurando correta alocação e utilização dos recursos
Executar o input e controle das liberações de verbas no sistema, com alto nível de acuracidade e agilidade
Gerir o fluxo de solicitações de transferências de verbas (validação, checagem, registro em planilha e garantia de rastreabilidade/auditabilidade do processo)
Acompanhar apurações e provisões, conferindo valores e conduzindo processos de contestação quando necessário
Acompanhar o realizado vs. planejado, realizando o fechamento mensal das verbas liberadas e reportando variações
Monitorar KPIs de investimento comercial e elaborar análises de variações vs. orçamento
Garantir a consistência e integridade dos dados nos sistemas e ferramentas de controle
Atuar como interface entre as áreas de Vendas, Trade, RGM e Finanças, garantindo compliance nos processos de gestão de verbas
Apoiar o processo de planejamento orçamentário (Budget / Forecast) das verbas promocionais
Assegurar que os processos estejam documentados e em conformidade com auditorias internas e externas
Requisitos
Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
Experiência em controladoria, FP&A, finanças comerciais ou planejamento financeiro
Vivência com gestão e análise de grandes volumes de dados
Excel avançado (tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV/PROCX, fórmulas complexas)
Pacote Office completo + noções de ferramentas de IA
Forte capacidade de organização, atenção a detalhes e gestão de processos
Perfil hands-on, com autonomia, senso de urgência e orientação a resultados
Excelente comunicação e habilidade de interação com múltiplos stakeholders — perfil parceiro, colaborativo, que gosta de apoiar as áreas e trabalhar em equipe
