We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Richardson, Texas, United States. This is a Full-Time position ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the successful delivery of complex projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, contributing directly to 3M's legacy of innovation.
Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure seamless workflow and communication among team members.
Act as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and resolving queries.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and escalating any potential issues or delays to the Project Manager.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Schedule and organize project meetings, ensuring all participants are well-informed and prepared.
Assist in managing project-related administrative tasks, such as procurement and resource allocation.
Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and adhere to company guidelines.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within a project-based environment.
Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial, or technology-focused organization would be advantageous.
