The Sr. Vice President of Operations will oversee operational delivery, financial performance, and organic growth for the National Security portfolio. They are responsible for leading technical teams, managing P&L, and executing strategic goals to ensure exceptional IT service delivery.
Candidates must have 15+ years of federal IT services leadership experience and a proven track record managing portfolios of at least $50M. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required, along with strong business development and executive communication skills.
As Sr. Vice President of Operations, you will be accountable for operational delivery, financial performance, and organic growth across MetroStar’s National Security portfolio. You will lead a growing organization of sector VPs, program leaders, and technical teams ensuring we deliver exceptional IT services while building scalable operations that support our long-term strategy.

SALARY RANGE: $250,000 - $300,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
