We’re looking for an Evening Manager to join our team at Laurel Crest and Mill Springs Lodge Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. If you’re seeking a leadership opportunity where you can develop your skills, support a team, and take ownership of operations, this could be a great fit.
In this role, you’ll help lead evening operations across the resort, working closely with teams in inventory, maintenance, and housekeeping. You’ll also play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

What will I be doing?
- Lead evening/night operations to ensure a seamless, safe, and exceptional guest and owner experience.
- Serve as the central point of coordination across departments, promoting clear communication, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the resort, engaging with guests and team members while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
- Address guest concerns and service opportunities promptly, delivering effective resolutions and supporting continuous improvement.
- Support and develop team members through coaching, recognition, and adherence to brand standards and resort procedures.
- Manage incidents and emergency situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Partner with housekeeping and guest services to optimize inventory, especially during high occupancy periods.
- Assist with training, inspections, and ongoing quality assurance to uphold Hilton Grand Vacations’ commitment to hospitality excellence.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational goals and resort performance.
- Perform other responsibilities as needed to support the success of the operation.

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal abilities when interacting with Team Members and Guests/Owners
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to motivate and mentor Team Members
- 2+ years of hospitality management/supervisor
