Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of theme park attractions, including operating ride controls and enforcing safety rules. Ensures a positive guest experience through friendly interactions and maintains the cleanliness of assigned areas.
Candidates must meet specific age requirements based on the ride type (14, 16, or 18+) and pass a background check and drug screen. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb lift hills, and work in various weather conditions is required.

This individual is driven to create meaningful experiences for our hosts, guests, and community while ensuring the success and profitability of our unique offerings. The right Attractions Team Member A will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.
The Attractions Team Member A is responsible for all aspects of assigned attractions, to include safety, friendliness, cleanliness, and line speed within assigned areas.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
