The Senior Project Director is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex industrial and nuclear projects, focusing on scope, schedule, cost, and quality. They are responsible for leading high-performing teams, managing subtrade strategies, and maintaining trusted stakeholder relationships.
Candidates must have over 10 years of industrial construction experience, including a proven track record of leading $500M+ projects from a general contractor perspective. A degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required, along with specific experience in nuclear or highly regulated industrial environments.

Chandos is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead major scope .This role is suited to a general contractor leader who drives predictable, disciplined delivery on complex, high-stakes projects and is most effective close to the work.
The Senior Project Director is accountable for driving consistent, predictable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, and risk.
You will lead through others, setting the tone for execution, building clarity in complex environments, and creating the conditions for high performance across the team. This includes establishing strong delivery rhythms, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and maintaining control as project conditions evolve.
