The Senior Director of Operations oversees operational success and growth for eye care practices in the Ft. Myers and Naples markets. This includes managing staffing, implementing strategic goals, and leading process improvements to optimize patient experience and financial performance.
Candidates need at least 5 years of management experience in a multi-site healthcare organization, preferably within ophthalmology or optometry. A Bachelor's or MBA degree is preferred, along with strong financial acumen and experience with EMR systems.
