Notre site Airbus Atlantique basé à Mirabel recherche son futur Coordonnateur en Aménagement.
Le coordonnateur aménagement est chargé d'assurer le déploiement et la montée en maturité des méthodologies LEAN sur le site. Sa mission principale est de créer et de maintenir les plans d’usine et d'optimiser l'espace de travail selon les besoins de la production, tout en coordonnant les travaux d’amélioration avec les équipes multi-métiers.
Être responsable du 5S site (usine et bureaux) et récolter les demandes de la production.
Optimiser et maintenir les plans d’usine selon les modifications.
Coordonner et exécuter les travaux d’amélioration et les aménagements de poste avec les équipes multi-métiers.
Suivre le déroulement des projets, l'exécution du planning et le respect du budget.
Gérer les besoins en matériel et assurer le processus d'achat pour des besoins d’aménagement.
Structurer des projets d’industrialisation de la ligne et concevoir des plans d'action.
Définir les flux de production principaux et secondaires.
Être stratégique et critique sur les améliorations proposées.
Assister le service d’amélioration continue dans le déploiement des projets.
Interagir avec les employés de plancher, les fonctions supports et les gestionnaires.
Technique en génie industriel ou expérience pertinente en dessin et bâtiment
Notion de la gestion de projet
Intérêt pour l’industrie aéronautique
Bonnes connaissances des outils du Lean Manufaturing, spécifiquement le 5S et l’organisation des lieux de travails
Maîtrise d’Autocad et des logiciels 3D (ex. Sketchup, Catia, Solidworks ou autre)
Bonne communication et sens de l’organisation
Excellent relationnel, autonomie, dynamisme et proactivité, prise d’initiatives et rigueur
