The Guest Service Specialist manages front-end guest flow, cash operations, and team leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience. They are also responsible for maintaining store sanitation, supporting digital fulfillment orders, and overseeing inventory loss prevention.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations. The role requires the ability to multitask, work at a fast pace, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Are you known for your attention to detail and multitasking? Ready to take charge behind the scenes and keep our store moving at full speed? As the Guest Service Specialist, you will be the store’s front-end point person for hospitality, guest flow and cash operations. You lead by example by maintaining efficiency, merchandising front-end displays and ensuring consistent execution of cash office controls and audits making sure every guest leaves with an exceptional last impression. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational standards.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
