Work closely with CRM, Commercial, Data Insights, Analytics and Salesforce DevOps teams to support journey orchestration and measurement.
Enable personalisation at scale by putting the right data, rules and platform capabilities in place.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual tasks and improve how data and platforms are used across the customer lifecycle.
Support reliable reporting and dashboards that help teams self-serve and make informed decisions.
