Meet the Owned Brand division of REVOLVE:
REVOLVE is the next-generation fashion retailer for Millennial and Generation Z consumers. As a trusted, premium lifestyle brand and a go-to source for discovery and inspiration, REVOLVE delivers an engaging customer experience from a vast yet curated offering of over 45,000 products. Founded in Los Angeles in 2003 by co-CEOs, Michael Mente and Mike Karanikolas, REVOLVE’s family of brands includes their luxury offering, FWRD and a portfolio of 24 owned brands such as Lovers + Friends, Tularosa, NBD and RAYE.
The Owned Brand division within REVOLVE is an industry-leading fashion design and production house based in Los Angeles. Leveraging the power of REVOLVE’s data driven merchandising, combined with raw creative talent, results in an unparalleled ability to identify specific market niches and develop brands that each have their own identity, designed with a distinct consumer interest and personality in mind.
At REVOLVE the most successful team members have the thirst and creativity to redefine fashion retail for the 21st century, making REVOLVE the leading online retail destination targeted towards Millennial and Generation Z consumers seeking premium fashion. With a team of 1,000 strong, we are a dynamic bunch that are motivated by getting the company to the next level. It’s our goal to hire high-energy, diverse, bright, creative, and flexible individuals who thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Some of the sweetest perks we offer aren’t in a typical benefit package like hefty discounts on items we carry – as in 50% or more off retail prices, free weekly lunches, and pretty rad company parties.

Are you ready to own the planning function for our growing portfolio of Own Brands?
Main purpose of the Senior Planner- Owned Brand role:
REVOLVE Own Brands is seeking a Senior Planner to establish and lead the planning function across our portfolio of lifestyle brands. You will partner closely with Merchandising, Buying, Operations, and Executive Leadership to develop assortment, inventory, and demand strategies that drive growth and support key business decisions across the organization.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys building from the ground up. You will develop the forecasting frameworks, planning processes, and analytical tools that become the foundation of how the business plans and measures success. You'll create the forecasts, assortment plans, and performance analyses that leadership relies on to make critical business decisions. We're looking for someone who doesn't just report on the business—they help shape its direction through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Major Responsibilities:
Own seasonal and annual merchandise planning across 20+ brands, developing assortment, SKU, unit, inventory, cost, retail, and sales plans at the brand, category, and capsule level.
Build and maintain scalable planning tools, models, and reporting frameworks that provide a single source of truth and support data-driven decision making across the organization.
Develop and manage assortment strategies, including SKU productivity, category expansion opportunities, price architecture, and inventory investment recommendations.
Create demand forecasts and inventory plans that balance growth objectives, product availability, margin goals, and inventory productivity.
Analyze historical and current business performance to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights that improve sales, inventory turns, and overall business health.
Monitor inventory throughout its lifecycle, proactively identifying reorder opportunities, receipt flow risks, excess inventory, and aging product concerns.
Partner closely with Merchandising, Buying, and Operations to align plans with business objectives and ensure successful execution.
Own forecasting methodologies and planning assumptions, continuously refining models using sales trends, customer demand signals, inventory performance, and return behavior.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and seasonal business reviews highlighting key performance drivers, emerging trends, opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Lead pre-season and in-season planning processes, including hindsight analysis, forecast updates, scenario planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and present planning recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex analyses into clear business insights and actionable decisions.
Establish and manage planning calendars, milestones, and deliverables while proactively communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Serve as the planning subject matter expert for the organization, influencing assortment, inventory, and growth strategies through data-driven insights and analytical rigor.
Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, systems, reporting, and analytical capabilities to support the growth and scalability of the business.
Minimum Qualifications:
5–8+ years of merchandise planning experience within fashion, apparel, accessories, or lifestyle brands.
Proven experience developing seasonal and annual assortment plans, inventory plans, and demand forecasts.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, scenario modeling, and automated reporting frameworks.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience working across large datasets and multiple data sources.
Demonstrated ability to validate data integrity, reconcile outputs, and ensure accuracy of analyses and recommendations.
Strong understanding of merchandise planning and inventory productivity metrics, including sell-through, inventory turns, weeks of supply, full-price performance, markdown impact, and return rates.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Buying, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations and influence decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC), multi-brand, or omni-channel retail environment.
Experience supporting fast-fashion, contemporary fashion, or high-SKU-count businesses with frequent product launches and short product lifecycles.
SQL proficiency and/or experience working directly with large datasets to identify trends, validate assumptions, and support business decisions.
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Experience developing planning frameworks, forecasting methodologies, or analytical tools from the ground up.
Experience working with PLM, ERP, inventory management, forecasting, or merchandise planning systems.
Curiosity and willingness to leverage emerging technologies and AI tools to improve analytical efficiency and decision-making.
Demonstrated systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand how assortment, inventory, pricing, and forecasting decisions impact downstream business performance.
Experience presenting analyses and strategic recommendations to senior leadership teams.
