HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As Marketing & Communication Director, you will be the driving force behind the Maison’s success in UK&I market. You’ll take the global vision and regional priorities and make them resonate locally, crafting and executing action plans that capture the market’s unique specificities, as a legacy and image market. Your passion for the brand will translate into tangible results, fuelling brand equity, igniting awareness, and achieving sustainable sales performance across every product category.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION LOCAL LEADERSHIP:
Elaborate the 3-year action plan, in close collaboration with the region, the local ExCo, and drive the local implementation in alignment with brand guidelines, regional ambitions and local market dynamics.
BRAND COMMUNICATION EXCELLENCE:
Lead the deployment of 360° initiatives to strengthen brand equity and increase brand desirability within the market.
Maintain strong relationships with key press and identify opportunities for high visibility brand and creations stories in partnership with HQ and the region.
Implement the Maison image and guidelines through media plan definition and Press, PR, Ambassadorship and Events.
Plan, manage and monitor the local A&P investment budget, in coordination with regional Communication teams.
PERFORMANCE & MARKET INSIGHTS:
Track and analyse brand awareness and appreciation, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Analyse findings of competitive surveys to anticipate competitor actions and develop proactive action plans to maintain a competitive edge.
PRODUCT PORTFOLIO PERFORMANCE:
Oversee the execution of local product plans to achieve sales targets across product categories and channels, including product launches.
Drive the performance of product categories by supporting boutiques and specialist partners with effective product launches leveraging strong in-store visibility, impactful visual merchandising and dedicated training.
Collaborate with the local and regional Operations teams to ensure optimal stock levels for retail and wholesale channels and maximize sales potential.
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT:
Lead, inspire, and develop the Marketing & Communication team.
Encourage creativity, accountability, and excellence, while identifying and nurturing top talent in alignment with the Maison’s culture and values.
Constantly share the vision, strategy and values of the Maison to engage and motivate the team.
Define annual objectives for team members and manage team performance.
Work closely with the L&D team to define and anticipate the development needs of the team.

With over 15 years of proven success and a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, you bring a wealth of international managerial experience and a demonstrated ability to consistently exceed performance standards.
You are an agile, inspiring, deeply customer-focused and commercially driven leader.
Possessing strong leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills, you excel at building and motivating high-performing teams.
