Co-own QA delivery across multiple parallel Salesforce projects, focusing on client and commercial workstreams. Establish QA frameworks, enhance processes, and provide hands-on testing support and reporting via Jira.
Requires strong experience in Salesforce QA, specifically Service Cloud, and proficiency with tools like Testim or Provar. Candidates must have a proven ability to implement QA strategies and manage stakeholders in a commercial environment.

About the role
We are looking to hire a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen our Salesforce QA capability. This role sits fully within the Salesforce workstream. You will partner with an existing Senior QA who focuses on the operations side, while this role takes ownership of the client and commercial workstream, ensuring strong QA governance, structure, and stakeholder alignment.This role is suited to someone who brings structure, clarity, and strong QA governance within Salesforce delivery, while remaining hands-on when needed. You will play a key role in shaping QA practices across multiple Salesforce projects of varying size and complexity.

Working Schedule
This role is based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern.
