Requires a high school diploma and 2-4 years of experience in the firearms industry or collecting. Must be at least 21 years old and possess the ability to safely handle and appraise firearms.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Team Lead operates a business within a business. Their responsibilities are, but not limited to, the daily operations of the used firearms business.
This includes three phases of business: buying, selling, and firearms customer service.
This position initiates all 4473 forms with customers and is responsible for conducting the final check of applicable company, state, and federal forms prior to a firearm being transferred to the customer.
The Team Lead focuses on creating a fair-trade environment focusing on a customer-satisfaction selling culture. Thus, reaching monthly sales goals in order to achieve maximum profit through buying, selling, and trading pre-owned firearms.
