The QC Lab Manager provides strategic and administrative leadership for the Petrifilm QC Laboratory, ensuring quality compliance and final product release. Key duties include managing staff, overseeing regulatory inspections, and leading investigations into Out-of-Specification results.
Candidates must possess a degree in Microbiology or a related science field with varying levels of experience depending on the degree level, including mandatory direct managerial experience. Advanced knowledge of GLP, ISO standards, and the ability to pass a color deficiency test are required.
