We are currently looking for an Online Labour Law and HR Training Specialist who manages the activities involved in the preparation, delivery and assessment of training and development programs for Labournet Courses. This role consults with external and internal clients to provide ongoing learner support to ultimately mitigate barriers to learning. The Training Specialist is responsible for facilitating learning by means of interactive contact sessions as well as professionally recorded learning content for e-learning courses. This role facilitates high quality training interventions, advises on improvements to course material and content, conducts assessment and moderation in line with various legal requirements and ensures that records are kept in line with defined SOPs and compliance requirements.
