Responsibilities
The role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines to ensure data reliability and quality for campaigning and insights. You will also be responsible for structuring data according to compliance standards and maintaining code repositories.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in data engineering and possess strong SQL skills. A diploma is the minimum qualification, while a degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or Mathematics/Statistics is preferred.
This IDM Data Engineer role is perfect for someone who thrives in a technically driven, backend environment where strong SQL skills and hands‑on data pipeline experience truly shine. You’ll be part of a high‑performance team that tracks KPIs monthly, ensuring your impact is visible while allowing you to focus deeply without client‑facing pressure. The work is fast‑paced, challenging, and gives you exposure to diverse systems across the Personal and Private Banking cluster—an environment where you’ll constantly learn new tools, optimise complex pipelines, and contribute to meaningful data‑driven outcomes.
This isn’t a task‑following position; it’s a space for thinkers, problem‑solvers, and engineers who enjoy shaping how data flows through an organisation. You’ll collaborate with subject‑matter experts, bring your ideas to life, and operate in a culture that believes in “work hard, play hard,” balancing intensity with genuine team support. If you’re looking for a role where creativity, ownership, and technical excellence are encouraged—and where your work directly influences strategic decision‑making—this opportunity is a perfect fit.
