Manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to meet production and quality targets for vehicle reconditioning. Oversee daily mechanical build activities, perform repair vs. reject decisions, and ensure a safe working environment.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and functional expertise in automotive reconditioning and lean principles. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced industrial environment including weekends and overtime.

Position Overview:
The Line Automotvie Lead Supervisor Build role is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible.
Job duty requirements:
* Supervise Daily Automotive Reconditioning Mechanical Build Activities, Coach and Develop Technicians, Communicate Effectively, Foster Culture and Morale, Manage Production Targets, Repair Vs Reject Decisions, Train to Standard Procedures, and Maintain a Safe Environment.
