Requires at least 2 years of project management experience in facilities or construction, specifically within multi-family properties. Technical proficiency in HVAC and maintenance operations is essential, with HVAC/EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
Position Summary
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of capital improvement projects and maintaining high operational standards across multiple properties undergoing renovation. This position works collaboratively, supporting the assigned RFM with managing all facilities-related activities, budgets, and emergency coverage. This role helps ensure that the physical contractual aspects of capital projects meet company standards and all applicable laws. This position is key to driving efficiency, compliance, and property enhancements while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
