Responsible for daily project quality control, including inspections of work items, material submittals, and coordination with quality assurance representatives. The role also involves overseeing safety practices, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project close-out documents are completed.
Requires five to ten years of experience as a Quality Control Manager and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. Candidates must be able to work outdoors in extreme conditions and be willing to relocate to project sites in the South and Midwest.
This position is responsible for daily project quality control, including review of all work items and material submittals. Your primary focus is to perform inspections of completed and ongoing work, as well as coordinate with the Owner’s quality assurance representative to ensure all project requirements are met. You will also be responsible for implementing the quality requirements contained in the Contract Documents and overseeing safety practices of on-site personnel and visitors.
