About the Role
As an Associate Territory Manager, you'll work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals, supporting Trauma procedures in theatre while developing your clinical, technical, and commercial expertise.

Through a comprehensive onboarding program, you'll receive hands-on training, in-theatre coaching, online learning, and ongoing development to build your confidence and capability.
What You'll Do
Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff
Partner with your Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy
Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region
Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals
Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements
Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role
Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres
Current driver's licence
Fluency in English

Qualification in nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science, or a related health field
Experience within clinical, technical, or medical sales environments
Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs
