About Us:
At Sitecore, our mission is to simplify how brands reach, engage, and serve people by delivering intelligent, personalised digital experiences that connect the world. We empower the world’s most iconic brands to build lifelong relationships with their customers—seamlessly, smartly, and at scale.
As the leading provider of agentic digital experience software, Sitecore brings together content, commerce, and data into one composable platform that enables brands to deliver millions of meaningful, adaptive experiences every day. Trusted by global leaders such as American Express, Porsche, Starbucks, and L’Oréal, Sitecore helps brands transform engagement through experiences that are not only personalised but predictive and dynamic.
Our foundation is our people—a diverse, passionate, and collaborative global team spanning over 25 countries. We believe that every experience matters, and that belief starts with how we work together. Our values guide how we lead, innovate, and connect. They are the behaviours that bring our mission and vision to life, every day, in every interaction.
As we continue to evolve, we are actively cultivating AI skills across our teams to unlock new levels of creativity, efficiency, and insight. From engineering to customer experience, AI capabilities are becoming integral to how we design, build, and deliver the next generation of digital experiences.
We're looking for an outcomes-first Delivery Program Manager to own complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea through to realised impact. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders across R&D, translate ambiguous strategy into clear plans, unblock teams across functions, and follow value through to realisation. For you, "done" is the moment the customer and business outcome lands.
What You Will Do:
Own End-to-End Program Delivery
Drive complex programs from initiation through to value realisation, with integrated plans across scope, dependencies, milestones, risks, and value assumptions
Translate product and business objectives into sharp execution plans with measurable outcomes
Drive Business Value Realisation (the core focus)
Define outcomes, success metrics, and value hypotheses up front with Product and Business stakeholders
Track adoption, impact, and realised value after release; surface gaps and drive corrective action
Lead Across Functions
Coordinate across Product and Engineering teams, manage dependencies and critical paths, and facilitate program-level planning and retrospectives
Create clarity where there is ambiguity, and momentum where there is friction
Govern, De-Risk, and Communicate
Establish effective governance and reporting; identify and escalate risks early with clear options
Deliver concise, outcome-focused updates to senior stakeholders
Raise the Bar
Spot systemic delivery and value-realisation gaps, contribute to APMO standards and playbooks, and embed AI into day-to-day coordination and reporting
Measures of Success
Programs delivered against committed business outcomes
Business value realised post-release (adoption, impact, ROI)
Cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Business
Early surfacing and resolution of risks and dependencies
Contribution to APMO maturity and ways of working
What You Need to Succeed:
5+ years delivering complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, including post-delivery outcome follow-up
Deep delivery-at-scale expertise, with the judgement to adapt frameworks to context
Strong working partnerships with Product Management and Engineering leadership
A clear understanding of how product delivery connects to customer value and business results
Comfortable challenging "done" until the outcome lands; builds credibility with stakeholders and welcomes productive friction
Strong command of agile and hybrid delivery models; concise, structured, influence-led communication
Key Traits for Success
Outcomes-first - prioritises impact over activity
Comfortable in ambiguity, and creates structure rather than waiting for it
Highly collaborative, with the confidence to push back when delivery drifts from value
Strong bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:
Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or enterprise software environments
Exposure to value tracking or outcome frameworks
Track record of evolving existing norms
