You will be part of a highly skilled team of Sales professionals working with Account Managers, Pre-Sales and Technology specialists.

BDM provide vital support to the company’s sales, consulting and support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling the RIB product portfolio in the region.

• Drive sales planning and structure, leading and orchestrating new opportunities within the construction sector.

• Articulate the value proposition clearly.

• Demonstrate the ROI in the interests of the client with a key focus on solving real and qualified business challengers by applying our solutions and technology

• Maintaining and expand customer base.

• Building & maintaining relationships with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels

• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple tasks

• Proactive, flexible, and a team player with a positive, professional attitude

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a focus on active listening and persuasion
