Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent and a current OSHA 30-Hour certification. A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required or an equivalent combination of field experience.

Position Overview
The Construction Superintendent is the senior field leadership presence on CMC projects, responsible for ensuring that all field operations are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role is the primary point of accountability for everything that happens on the job site — from the first shovel in the ground to final punch and owner acceptance.
The Superintendent manages and coordinates all trade contractors, enforces CMC's safety culture, maintains project momentum, and serves as CMC's most visible representative to owners, inspectors, trade partners, and the surrounding community. This is a role for a proven field leader, someone who commands respect, solves problems decisively, and holds the line on quality and safety without exception.
