The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain operations, including distribution, transportation, and warehousing. They must manage P&L, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement to meet organizational and customer objectives.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of management experience in a high-volume 3PL or distribution environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS, and experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies are required.

Position Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a supply chain operation. The Operations Manager provides overall direction and oversight in the areas of performance, safety, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and associate development across multiple sites.
Location: Colorado Spring, CO
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri Days
Travel Specifics: 10%
Competitive Compensation: Attractive annual salary of $85,000-$92,000 plus a performance-based bonus
