¿Qué estamos buscando? En BBVA México estamos buscando un/a Risk Data Specialist Manager con sólida capacidad analítica y visión estratégica para incorporarse a nuestro equipo. El perfil ideal posee un profundo entendimiento de la estadística aplicada y el manejo de datos, siendo capaz de definir y ejecutar estrategias de otorgamiento de crédito que equilibren de forma efectiva la demanda comercial con las políticas de riesgo institucionales.
Definir e implementar estrategias de otorgamiento de crédito preaprobadas para el segmento de mercado abierto.
Monitorear el comportamiento y performance de la cartera de clientes con antigüedad menor a 6 meses (M6) para asegurar la calidad de la originación.
Ejecutar la atención a las necesidades del negocio, manteniendo un equilibrio óptimo entre la demanda comercial y el estricto cumplimiento de las políticas de riesgo.
Proponer e incorporar nuevos ejes de información (data externa) de forma táctica y estratégica en colaboración con proveedores y áreas transversales.
Colaborar estrechamente con las áreas analíticas compartiendo la visión de negocio para asegurar que los modelos estadísticos estén alineados a los objetivos estratégicos.
Retos del puesto El principal reto de la posición consiste en maximizar el volumen de ofertas preaprobadas para clientes de reciente ingreso (M6) manteniendo impecables los indicadores de cumplimiento y performance. Implica además desarrollar una profunda comprensión del universo de clientes gestionado mes a mes para identificar áreas de oportunidad proactivamente, proponiendo mejoras continuas que optimicen de manera constante la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
Dominio indispensable de programación avanzada en Python y manejo de lenguajes actuales en AWS.
Sólidos conocimientos en estadística aplicada y profundo entendimiento de modelos de impacto.
Experiencia comprobable en el diseño de estrategias de otorgamiento de crédito y políticas de riesgo.
Manejo de herramientas de Google Suite e interés en la integración de Inteligencia Artificial para el negocio.
Conocimiento profundo de productos bancarios y manejo de bases de datos
Certificaciones en Design Thinking o enfocadas en lenguajes de programación como Python.
Manejo y/o conocimiento práctico avanzado en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA).
Licenciatura concluida en Actuaría, Matemáticas o Economía.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia previa en funciones similares enfocadas en el análisis de datos y la gestión de riesgos.
Experiencia previa en el área de campañas de otras instituciones financieras, preferentemente dentro de bancos digitales.
