The Program Director leads the Green Street Residential Reintegration program, overseeing staff supervision, recruitment, and fiscal operations. They are responsible for implementing quality improvement activities and maintaining program records and statistical accountability.
Candidates must hold a valid professional license (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) or a credential such as an Advanced or Master CASAC. A minimum of five years of clinical experience and one year of supervisory experience is required, with a bachelor's degree minimum and a master's degree preferred.

In order to support the mission, Helio Health has an exciting opportunity for a Program Director to lead and develop our Green Street Residential Reintegration program.
Green Street is a small, 15-person residence for men in recovery from substance use.
In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Program Directors are eligible for a Sign-On incentive from $3,000-$8,000 depending upon licensure!
Pay Range: $70,000 -$75,000/annually.
