Requires at least 5 years of project management experience in the maritime industry, with 3 years specifically managing U.S. Navy vessel repairs. Proficiency in project management tools and knowledge of NAVSEA standards are essential.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure contract compliance, control costs, and meet schedule commitments, all while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance within a dynamic shipyard environment.
